Who do we research?


Customers are changing. Traditionally GPs and specialists were the key gatekeepers to increasing sales. Whilst they remain essential customers increasingly clients are asking for more refined and specialist customer target groups. The opinions and views of nurses and other healthcare professionals as well as patients are being asked for. Let us not forget the increasing divergence of financial vs therapeutic gatekeepers.

CAM MED Research Ltd has and continues to interview a wide set of customers in healthcare, including the clients’ own internal stake holders.

The breadth of this customer set goes part way to understanding why CMR has introduced e-cam services. The respondent base is becoming increasingly more difficult to accommodate using traditional methodologies so CMR believes the time has now come to look at how modern technology can help to provide breadth as well as depth in qualitative research.
